Kitgum District Woman MP Hon. Lillian Aber is set to contest again and seek a second term as the woman MP. She will be nominated on 23rd October by Kitgum District Returning Officer.
Hon. Lillian Aber who doubles as State Minister for Refugees Relief and Disaster Preparedness has been one of the most outstanding performers both on the floor of Parliament and in the district on the ground.
She has been an instrumental development supporting women and youth all over the district. Local SACCOs have sprung out through her support and have been people to save and invest.
