2026 Updates: This is Part XII of individuals who have declared their intentions to contest in forthcoming Parliamentary elections

No time wasting as different political hopefuls have already put in plans their quest to join 12th Parliament come 2026. Here is the continuation of our series of a list;

Feruzi Hawa
She wants to contest for Woman Member of Parliament for Mbale City come 2026. Her team is already on the ground mobilizing for support ahead of the big battle.

Mubarak Stuart
He wants to contest for Kasese Municipality MP seat under National Unity Platform(NUP) party. He wants effective representation of Kasese Municipality people.

“Innovation and creativity above all rescuing Kasese Municipality from economic hardships,” he said.

Miriam Apolot
She is set to contest for Eastern Youth MP. She is the former Gender Minister at Makerere University Business School (MUBS). Her team is doing serious ground work mobilizing for support ahead of 2026.

Joy Atim Ongom
She wants to contest as the Kole District Woman MP come 2026. Hon. Joy Atim Ongom wants to improve on the social wellbeing of people of Kole District.

She wants to try and eradicate poverty amongst the community of Kole. She wants also to advocated for good roads within the society.

Ronald Kibuule
He is set to come back for Mukono North after losing out last elections. Hon. Kibuule has been on the ground trying to rebuild his political career in the constituency.

Busobozi Enock
He wants to contest for Buyanja East Constituency in Kibale District. He has already set his team on the ground mobilizing for support ahead of the battle moment.

Nabudomba Moses
He wants to contest for MP Budadiri East Constituency come 2026. He is all set with his team on the ground mobilizing for support.
