2026 Updates: Tech enthusiast Balunga Mariam is the hope for Kawempe Division Youth

Technology enthusiast, global youth ambassador and innovator, Ms Balunga Mariam Luzinda, is seen as the hope for Kawempe Division Youth after declaring her political agenda.

Ms Balunga Mariam is set to contest for the post of Female Youth Councillor for Kawempe Division come 2026 on the National Unity Platform (NUP) party ticket.

Because of her great experience in technology and innovation, many have hopes in her to rejuvenate and empower Kawempe youth.
