The businessman has been on the ground mobilizing for support since 2023 as he seeks to topple Incumbent Hon. Otimgiw Isaac Ismail and he has given him sleepless nights throughout.
The Kampala businesman is now seen as the right man for the job as he is an already established rich man who has built himself houses in Padyere and Kampala. All he wants now is to serve Padyere County. The current MP has been accused of not delivering to the expectations of the residents. They said if he has failed to do in the first term, what shows that he will perform if given another term. They want to dump him and give Olyeko the mandate. Olyeko is the first politician in Nebbi to use personalized Toyota Land Cruiser locally known as ‘Mpenkoni’ in campaigns.
