Sheema District LC V Chairperson hopeful Ms. Winfred Kabarokore, is a seasoned educator and dedicated public servant. With her extensive experience as a teacher in numerous secondary schools, she brings a unique perspective to the role of LCV Chairperson for Sheema District. If elected, Ms Kabarokore plans on doing this for the people.
Improved Education Infrastructure: She wants to lobby and enhance school facilities, resources, and technology to create a conducive learning environment.
Teacher Support and Development: Providing training and support for educators to enhance teaching quality and address challenges.

Community Engagement: Fostering partnerships between schools, parents, and the community to promote education and development.
Youth Empowerment: Implementing initiatives to support youth development, skills training, and employability.

Health: She wants to make sure that all health centres at all levels are effective in attending to patients and also to ensure they have enough drugs because a healthy population is wealthy.
She wants to improve Trade and general infrastructure especially roads so that goods produced by farmers can easily access the market.

With her teaching background and commitment to public service, Kabarokore is well-positioned to drive positive change in Sheema District. The people of Sheema are looking forward to her leadership and vision for their community’s bright future.
