2026 Updates: Molly Nawe Kamukama rocks the ground as she prepares for Kazo District Woman MP seat

The former Minister for Economic Monitoring Hon. Molly Nawe Kamukama has announced her intentions to contest for Kazo District Woman Member of Parliament (MP) again come 2026.

The former Private Secretary to the president is the strong favorite to represent Kazo in the 12th Parliament 2026-2031 after missing out in 2021.

Hon. Molly confirmed to this website how she is in the race and has been meeting her supporters making her point clear.

She has also been on the ground mobilizing for support as well as supporting different activities in the district.

“My wish is to serve the people of Kazo District as their Woman Representative in the 12th Parliament. I am determined and more than motivated to work for Kazo,” she said.

Hon. Kamukama said she will focus on growing household incomes and supervising implementation of government programs as well as improving health, education, agriculture, market and transport in the district.
