Ms Kalende Proscovia Paada has announced has quest to take over Iganga Woman MP seat come 2026.
Ms Kalende Proscovia Paada who hails from Namundudi, Bukoona Sub County, Iganga said she is contesting mainly due to poor representation, women empowerment, poor roads and poor health in the district.
She wants to lobby for money to help her people improve on agriculture, education sector and support mainly to the girl child and the needy because they have been left behind in the district.
Ms Kalende wants to empower women, enhance electricity, extend support to the needy and girl child.
She also wants to see improvement in transport sector and health as well as improve on bad working conditions of nurses and government teachers.
