After weeks of busy national issues, The State Minister for Refugees Relief and Disaster Preparedness who also doubles as Kitgum District Woman MP Hon. Lillian Aber is set to officially kick off her campaigns in a bid to retain the seat.
Hon. Lillian Aber is the official flag bearer for the ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) for Kitgum District Woman MP seat 2026.
She confirmed to this website that her campaigns will officially start on 27th November 2025 with an opening rally at Arua Park, Central Division at 2:00PM. She has promised continued development with accountable leadership.
“Kacel, let’s begin this journey of impactful service (tic pi lwak), development (dongo lobo), and accountable leadership (tela ma kore nen) for the people of Kitgum and beyond. #TeamAction,” Hon. Lillian Aber confirmed.
The minister is one of the most performing legislators in the 11th Parliament and has consistently worked for the people of Kitgum which is why she is likely to retain the seat overwhelmingly.
