Hon. David Calvin Echodu, the NRM flagbearer for Soroti West Constituency in Soroti District has officially kicked off his campaigns for the seat.
Hon. Echodu who doubles as the Vice Chairperson Eastern Region NRM CEC said he is here to change the game of leadership.
In a statement as he kicked off his campaigns, Hon. Calvin said no more empty promises adding that it is time for service delivery that actually delivers, for equality in decision-making.
