Wakiso District Woman MP Hon. Betty Ethel Naluyima has said she is standing once again and will do so until Wakiso gets what’s due for her.
This comes after she expressed interest in standing for the post of Woman MP for Wakiso District on the ticket of National Unity Platform (NUP) party come 2026.
Hon. Naluyima who is a shadow Minister for Local Government has been an outstanding performer in the 11th Parliament. She is strong favorite to retain her seat into the 12th Parliament.
“I have expressed my interest in standing for the post of Woman MP for Wakiso District on the NUP card .Several leaders and I submitted documents to the NUP Electoral Commission at our Party headquarters, Kavule. Am standing once again until Wakiso gets what’s due for her,” Hon. Betty Ethel Naluyima posted after picking forms.
