Born Joel Muhindo on 8th September 1996, Jay Silver is the fast rising Ugandan musician based in Sweden.
Silver is a Fashionist, musician and songwriter.
He was born in Goma, Democratic Republic Of Congo and he is currently under Platinum Music Label.
Jay Silver began his music career in 2017 when he released his first single song ‘Cheri’.
He followed it up with some great songs like Balance, Go Down Low, Love Time to mention but a few.
He continues to perform and with different Musicians from Sweden where he is based since 2014.
The singer attended Katwe Primary School, Kampala and joined Bromangymnasiet College Hudiksvall, Sweden for his Engineering Course in Construction.
He has previously been nominated in Adia Award in the category of Best Dressed Male Artist.
In the same Awards, he was nominated for the Best Music Video in 2019.
He won Best Song of the year ( Whine 4Me) in the Afro Scandinavian Music Awards.
He also won Best Stage performance 2019 in a show with Gyptian from Jamaica.
