Save River Rwizi Marathon 2024 launched

The annual save River Rwizi Marathon is back this year, fresh and reloaded. It will take place on Sunday 28th July 2024 in Mbarara City.

Yesterday Friday it was officially launched at the Ministry of Water, Southwest regional office Mbarara.

The Marathon which is organized by Abahumuza Development Group is aimed at restoring the nature of the River.

“Environment is everyone’s responsibility and we call upon all the stakeholders, environmentalists to join in the forthcoming marathon slated for 28th July 2024,” Abahumuza.
