After a brief hiatus, Danra UG is making a bold comeback with a brand-new dancehall track titled “Biligwa Twekutte”, scheduled for release on Monday, June 2, 2025.
Translating loosely to “It will end while we are together,” the single blends infectious rhythms with emotionally rich lyrics, delivering a sound that’s both feel-good and deeply resonant. The track was penned by none other than Dokta Brain, one of Uganda’s most celebrated and award-winning songwriters.
Production was handled by Nessim Pan Production, who brings his signature touch to the record — a vibrant, polished sound poised to dominate airwaves and dancefloors across Africa.
This new release also marks Danra UG’s first major project under RK Promotions, a rising label that recently signed the artist with the goal of taking her career to greater heights both in Uganda and internationally.
Speaking ahead of the launch, Danra UG shared her excitement:
