Busoga Kingdom set to celebrate Bishop Hannington Memorial Day

The Busoga Tourism and Heritage Minister Hon. Hellen Namutamba has said all is set for the Bishop Hannington Memorial Day celebrations.

Addressing the press today, Hon. Hellen invited everyone to join in commemorating Bishop Hannington Memorial Day on the 29th of this month at Kyando, Mayuge District.

This special event will be held at Bishop Hannington Site, a faith-based tourism site where the first Anglican Bishop, James Hannington, was martyred.

“All is set, let us come together to honor this important moment in our history,” Hon. Hellen said.
