Beauty queen Sylvia Namutebi Alibhai reaches out to Mama Jasi’s Home

Former Miss Uganda Sylvia Namutebi Alibhai has continued to show her good heart to the needy people by sharing with them.

Her latest charity work was at Mama Jasi’s Home in Zana.

She donated a number of items to the home to the home that caters for the children of single mothers.

“One of the inspiring people I met in 2021 was this couple in the slams of Zana that created a place ‘Mama Jasi’s home’ where any parents mainly single moms who don’t have where to leave their children when they go to work especially that school in Uganda has been on lock down for 2 years now could safely drop off their kids and pick them up after work. The ages of the children they take care of range from months old to 16 years. In a day this couple can have up to 70 children at their house and they don’t charge a single fee. They depend on well wishers to donate anything that can help them with these children. It was such an honour for me to meet them and I pledged to continue donating to their work,” Sylvia Namutebi Alibhai shared on her social media.
