Sheema District LC V Chairperson seat hopeful Ms Winfred Kabarokore has said leaders need to always socialise with their people in order to succeed.
While speaking to a group of people in Sheema District today, Hon. Winfred said Socialisation is really the main key to success for any one who wants to lead.
Ms Winfred Kabarokore is a peoples’ person and she is using a key to the top seat in Sheema District come 2026.
She wants to see a social and united Sheema District if development is to take place rapidly.
Recently she has become people’s favorite for the district’s top seat.
