2026 Updates: Ngolobe Wegulo seeks councillorship for Banda, Kyambongo & Ntinda

Mr. Ngolobe K. Wegulo is seeking to represent Banda, Kyambongo and Ntinda in Nakawa Division as Lord Councillor at Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) come 2026.

Wegulo refers to himself as Team Hustlers is already on the ground doing some serious mobilisation.

He wants to see improved infrastructure and service delivery in the area.

He also has a strategic plan for the youth that would see them engage in Skilling activities to keep them busy as a way of earning a living.
