2026 Updates: Emmanuel Mwesigwa wants Mukono Municipality MP seat

Youthful and humble Mr. Mwesigwa Emmanuel has set his sights on representing Mukono Municipality as its Member of Parliament come 2026.

He will be tussling it out with Hon. Betty Nambooze in the hot seat.

“The change and the development we have been waiting for is here now,” Mwesigwa said.

The 33-year old is an Accountant but he is currently the supervisor for Deans Court Limited Company. He stays in Upper Nabuuti Mukono and he is married.

He is the son to Rev. Canon John Ssebudde, the current Diocesan Secretary for Mukono Diocese.

He wants to see improved service delivery in the Municipality especially in the areas of education, transport, health, security, clean water and electricity.
