The Management of National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) – Kampala Water regrets to inform its valued customers and the general public that there will be interruptions in water supply today Saturday 7th June, 2025 from 7am to 7pm.
This is to allow for routine plant maintenance activities at the treatment units, electro-mechanical plant units at Ggaba Water Treatment Plant and key primary storage reservoirs at Muyenga and Gunhill Nakasero.
Affected areas Include:
Kampala CBD, Munyonyo, Buziga, Ggaba Rd, Lukuli, Nsambya, Muyenga, Kololo, Nakawa, Jinja rd, Mutungo, Kyambogo, Banda, Makerere, Nakulabye, Kanyanya, Kawempe, Bombo Rd, Matuga, Nansana, Bwaise, Nabweru, Namirembe, Rubaga, Nateete, Bulenga, Buloba and the surrounding areas.
Customers are therefore advised to store enough water and use it sparingly during this downtime.
