Ministry of Trade PS Geraldine Ssali hails Lato Milk & UNBS for taking lead in ensuring quality

The Permanent Secretary (PS) to the Ministry of Trade and Industry MS Geraldine Ssali Busulwa has hailed Lato Milk and Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) for taking the lead in a quality led supply chain.

Geraldine Ssali said this during her visit to Mbarara Industries to establish their readiness to supply products to the newly established export markets.

Through this she delivered special thanks to Lato Milk and UNBS for taking the front.

Her tour to industries is aimed at promoting an export-led economy.

“In a bid to promote an export-led economy, I undertook visits in Mbarara to our industries to establish their readiness to supply quality products to our newly established export markets, special thanks to Lato Milk and UNBS for taking the lead in a quality-led supply chain,” Geraldine Ssali shared after the visit.
