National Unity Platform (NUP) Senior Lawyer Mr George Musisi has been awarded the National Unity Platform (NUP) party flag bearer ticket for Kira Municipality MP seat 2026.
Musisi has been selected to battle the Incumbent Hon. Ibrahim Ssemujju ahead of 2026 General elections due in February.
Speaking after the list was released, Mr Musisi said he was grateful to the party for entrusting him to serve the people of Kira Municipality and the entire country in the 12th Parliament saying he is more than ready to serve. He will now prepare for nomination which slated for October of which he will then hit the ground to mobilize for support.
Musisi wants to see effective leadership that is service delivery oriented in Kira Municipality.
