Pictorial: The Annual Green Festival rocks Millennium Grounds Lugogo

The annual Green Festival for kids came back with a bang yesterday at Millennium Grounds Lugogo. The festival organized by Uganda’s Little Hands Go Green of Joseph Masembe saw thousands of kids turn for the fun filled event.

It was a wonderful opportunity for kids to reconnect and have fun with their friends as they celebrate their shared commitment to conservation of the environment.

“Together, as one big green family, we continue to nurture a healthier and greener future,” Said Joseph Masembe.

Each kid who attended left with a tree seed to plant as part of an effort to conserve to regreen Uganda.

Joseph Masembe reechoed the call for Local Action and Global Vision as a continuous journey of passion, love, and dedication towards a green and healthy future.

Divas Spice Diana and Kasita Karole entertained the excite kids who were fresh from hectic second term studies.

The next event is the Green Festival Christmas party which will take place in December.
