Earlier this week, Uganda Tourism Board (UTB) joined Uganda Airlines for the launch of its Entebbe–Accra route, bringing the Pearl of Africa closer to Ghana.
For the Ugandan tourism industry, this route creates opportunities to build partnerships with Ghanaian travel agents and tour operators, attract more visitors and encourage business travellers to extend their stays to experience more of Uganda.
For the last two days, Uganda Tourism Board showcased the Explore Uganda brand and built partnerships that translate this connectivity into visitor interest, bookings and investment, through engagements with the Ghana Tourism Authority and B2B meetings.
