2026 Updates: Sirasi John Muhindo set for Buhuhira SC top seat

Come 2026, there is a new face in Kasese’s political ground after Mr Sirasi John Muhindo declared that he is aspiring for LC 3 Chairperson seat Buhuhira Sub County on NRM Party ticket.

Sources close to him say his declaration is giving sleepless nights for the current LC 3 Chairperson Mr Musale Hudson.

Mr Muhindo comes at a time when Buhuhira SC has got challenges of poor road network, poor schools, poor water supply system, high rates of school dropouts, poor health units and he aims at improving all those sectors once he is given the mandate.

He went to Kyabarungira Primary School in Kasese, Kuruhe High School Kasese for O Level and Ruyonza SS Bushenyi for A level, Muteesa 1 Royal University for a diploma in Business Management and Namutamba PTC. His says his exposure and experience will be key at helping Buhuhira SC achieve its modern state.
