    Marketing guru Yvonnie Nansinguza aka Sista Vich is bobbling shoulders high after scooping a mega marketing job with Gombe Education Services.

    This job has not come as a surprise to her because she has been in marketing for more than 10 years where she has worked with many companies both locally and internationally.

    Yvonnie told this website that she is glad to have joined one of the most enterprising schools in Uganda as the head of Marketing and Promotions for health, education and distribution.

    She further added that recently they have fully taken over the ownership of Jimmy Sekasi institute and one of the most market ping strategies involved is they signed a deal with BBS TV where they will show programme Emfumba.

    That will come 4 times in a month at 4pm on Sundays.

    Jimmy Sekasi basically targets catering in this institute.

    “This will make it easier for our students to work abroad. We are introducing Barista and mixology to the courses. And more so a discount will be given to all the students who will get enrolled between October and December.

    Gombe Medical Service has also been opened in Mengo.

    Yvonnie Nansinguza is thriving in tours and travel business as a Tours and Travel agent, we can reveal.

    Being an international agent in the Middle East has put her on the world map.

    During the chat with us, Yvonnie was said being a person who can not stay in one place inspired her to become a travel agent.
    “I am a person who can’t stay in one place meaning travelling is my thing. I enjoy finding interesting destinations and great deals. i became a travel agent to combine my expertise with my passion for travel,” she said.
    On dealing with angry customer(s) on the phone, Yvonnie had this to sat. “I first apologise to them for the experience  and thank them for the opportunity to let me help them find a solution, i make sure that their satisfaction is my first priority by checking on them every after 24 hours,to see if all is ok,” she said.
    On impressing a client, Yvonnie said one of her clients missed a flight, she went out of her way to book him a hotel near the airport and rebooked him the next flight the following day. “He expressed his gratitude for the kind gesture”.
    Yvonnie considers in travel business, price, product or communication as the three most important things in travel business.
    She said all the 3 contribute to success as a travel agent.
    To her, communication is very vital for her to understand her clients so that she can meet their needs to the best way possible.
    What’s is your personal definition of outstanding customer service?
    She says her personal definition involves anticipating her client’s every need and providing solutions to the problems they don’t even know about.
    “My need is to make sure I make their travel relaxing and fun…..to remove all worries  and doubts  from their minds,so they can enjoy the adventures,” Yvonnie said.
    After her interview, we went and ask some of her clients how their working with her has been.
    “I worked with Yvonnie she’s listening and transparent in fact she booked for me air ticket and I got it within one day,” Jamil.
    “About Yvonnie, I contacted her about visa for me and my sister and she delivered in just one day.

    Yvonnie Nansinguza aka Yvonnie Sista Vich who works as a Restaurant Hostess at Abu Dhabi Airport describes herself as a total hustler who is never afraid of going for whatever she sets her eyes on.

    She became a mother at a young age and that did not stop her from achieving her dreams.

    Here is her story; I will tell any single mother out there that with God and not giving up on your self, you can achieve your goals.

    Even being motherless never stopped me from going ahead though the traumatic experience made alcohol part of me but as they say life is a teacher when you do not learn from your mistakes then you have a big problem.

    Four years now and am alcohol free, i must say its one of the best decisions have made in life. I will not say am the most perfect but i know i will inspire someone out there. If you still have opportunity, please use it very well and do not allow worldly pleasures destruct you from your dreams.

    My journey is still on and i may testify am happy because i have achieved a lot since then.

    When you are fully focused and do your job with passion, you achieve a lot.

    Being the first and last impression of the restaurants has made me meet many people and this has improved and grown me into a person with self esteem and confidence.

    For now, anything that comes and its dealing with customers, i can do it perfectly with passion.

    As a Ugandan, i am so proud for what i have become and this goes to all the people that have mentored and made me what iam today.
