The Government of Uganda through the Ministry of Health continues to provide free mosquito nets to Ugandans as a way of fighting against malaria.
The Wave 3 of the champaign dubbed ‘Under The Net’ is set for next month and will cover 39 districts across the country.
Starting on 25th October till 5th November, 2020, teams from Ministry of Health will distribute LLIN in 39 districts and these are; Bukomasimbi, Kyenjojo, Kanungu, Kyotera, Luweero, Lwengo, Masaka, Mityana, Mpigi, Hoima, Butambala, Ibanda, Kitagwenda, Kamwenge, Gomba, Rakai, Kikuube, Ngora, Katakwi, Amuria, Oyam, Kole, Kumi, Bukedea, Agago, Manafwa, Abim, Amudat, Kaabong, Kapelebyong, Karenga, Kotido, Kiryandongo, Masindi, Buliisa, Moroto, Nabilatuk, Nakapiripirit and Napak.
