The laying of water mains (Pipes) by National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) at Kyaliwajjala junction has been completed ahead of the schedule.
The road has been reinstated up to sub-base level and opened to traffic. Final reinstatement of Asphalt layer shall be done within 10 days after the sub-base has settled.

When completed, the new plant will add over 160million litres of water per day to Kampala service area.
