The proposed Kampala-Jinja Expressway whose construction is set to start soon will reduce traffic pains along Kampala-Jinja, we can confirm.
An official from Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) said the Kampala-Jinja Expressway project is expected to drastically reduce traffic pains along the Kampala-Jinja route.
The UNRA team surveying team is marking out the Right of Way for the project. The road works for the new route which will use the new Nile Bridge is set to start very soon according to UNRA.
