Kiryandongo District Woman MP Hon. Katusiime Jovia Mbabazi told Parliament yesterday during the plenary session that 80% of the problems in Bunyoro especially Kiryandongo, are land issues.
She called on the government to organize Lands Barazas in Kiryandongo District to expose the corrupt and ensure people receive justice regarding land matters. The MP said she will not rest until the land matter is fully resolved.
“Today in Parliament during Prime Minister’s Time, I presented the voice of Kiryandongo. I informed the House that 80% of the problems in Bunyoro, especially Kiryandongo, are land issues. I prayed that Government organizes Lands Barazas in Kiryandongo to expose the corrupt and give our people justice on land matters. I will not rest until our people get land justice,” Hon. Katusiime Jovia Mbabazi.
