We are just days away from the highly billed Bell Lager ‘West Africa to Kampala’ concert. The concert features two of the biggest artists on the continent now, Mr. Eazi and Tekno. Eazi is known for club bangers like Leg Over and Dance for Me whereas the popularity of Tekno’s Pana hit, has earned him the moniker, Mr. Cassava.
We have gotten our hands on the full final line-up of artists and it indicates that local music stars Sheebah Karungi, Bebe Cool, Cindy, Ykee Benda, Roden Y, Faic Famica, Latinum, Fefe Busi, Fille, Bruno K, DJ’s RPM, BK, Roja, Slick Stuart and many more, will perform alongside the West African stars.
According to organizers, the show will start early with gates opening at 4p.m. After long deliberations, organizers finally settled on MC Kats and Anita Fabiola to host the event. Key considerations for show hosts included Deedan, Malaika, Mr. Mosh, Gaetano and MC Esco.
The concert will be held at Lugogo Cricket Oval on Friday and by all indications, it will be an evening filled with entertainment.
The stars are expected to jet in early this week alongside crews of sound, lighting and several technicians to help setup early for the show. Both artists have committed to doing live performances. Tickets are available for sale at Eazy Ticket and all Shell outlets.
