NWSC gives back to the community

National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) as a way of customer connect and corporate social responsibility gave back to the community over the weekend.

On Friday, National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) shared Eid goodies with disabled Muslim brothers and sisters at Nakivubo Blue primary school.

A number of food items were shared to enable its customers break the fast and celebrate EID. The same activity happened in all areas of NWSC operation as is the norm during the holy month of Ramadan.

The colourful ceremony was graced by Kampala water General manager Eng Andrew Ssekayizi, local leaders and the Kampala water management team.

In related development, NWSC Tororo team prayed with its Muslim customers during the last Juma in the holy month of Ramadan at Masjid Noor along Nagongera Road.

After Juma, the team handed over Eid hampers to the district Khadi and other customers who attended Juma. A customer help desk was set up to serve the people after prayers.
