Citizens rate friendliness and caring concern of nurses

In a poll held by Government Citizen Interaction Centre, Ugandans have rated friendliness and caring concern of nurses in the service delivery. The feedback received has it that 70% citizens say friendliness and caring concern of nurses poor. Over 400 people who participated in the poll, 11% say nurses are very good at caring, 19% say they are good, 30% say they are poor while 40% say they are very poor.

Citizens have called for the motivation of health workers to be able to instill in them a sense of caring and friendliness towards their patients.
