This December, Kampala will host an unforgettable celebration of music, culture, and hospitality as Vibe Republic brings together two of Africa’s and the Caribbean’s biggest music powerhouses, Konshens and DJ Maphorisa.
On Friday, 11th December 2026, music lovers from Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, and across East Africa will gather at Lugogo Cricket Oval for a one-of-a-kind entertainment experience designed to showcase Uganda as East Africa’s vibrant hub of music, nightlife, and tourism.
Headlining the maiden edition of Vibe Republic are Konshens, the internationally acclaimed Dancehall star from Jamaica, and DJ Maphorisa, South Africa’s celebrated Amapiano king. Their performances will create an exciting fusion of Dancehall and Amapiano, bringing together fans of both genres for a night of unmatched energy and entertainment.
