Kampala: Sisimuka Uganda Chief Strategist and Mali Group Chairman, Mr. Frank Gashumba, Ministry of Health Permanent Secretary, Dr. Diana Atwine, former Uganda Investment Authority (UIA) CEO, Dr. Maggie Kigozi, and humanitarian Hon. Enid Gumisiriza are set to deliver keynote speeches at the Dignity For Her Fundraising Dinner.
The high-profile dinner is hosted by Ms. Racheal Naijuka aka Tania, the CEO of Tania Reusables Pads, and is slated for 16th October 2025 at the Rwenzori Ballroom, Sheraton Kampala Hotel.
The four distinguished speakers will draw from their vast experience in leadership, business, and humanitarian work to inspire guests and boost fundraising efforts.
The Cause: Ending Menstrual Poverty
The dinner aims to raise funds to support Ms. Naijuka’s nationwide campaign dubbed “30,000 Girls and Women Per District”, which seeks to provide reusable sanitary pads to 30,000 girls and women in every district across Uganda.
Ms. Naijuka recently launched the campaign to combat menstrual poverty, which has seen 71% of girls in 14 districts lack access to emergency pads at school, forcing many to miss classes or use unsafe materials.
Her initiative focuses on providing locally made reusable pads, keeping girls in school, and restoring dignity.
