Frank Tumwebaze has commenced his duties at his new office as the Minister of Information, Communications and ICT. He took over office yesterday from Hon Jim Muhwezi at a function presided over by Prime Minister Ruhakana Rugunda at his office.
“Another milestone achieved today, as we start the new journey as the Information, ICT and Communication Minister. Hon.Jim Muhwezi handed over the Office of Minister for Information and National Guidance to me. The ceremony took place at the Prime Minister’s Office and was presided over by the Prime Minister, Dr.Ruhakana Rugunda,” Frank said.
Frank Tumwebaze who also doubles the MP for Kibale County East in Kibale district promised to deliver his duties accordingly. “I have no doubt that I will deliver for this country in my new capacity,” Frank said.
