The political camp of Hon. Jim Muhwezi continues to receive more support and good news in their favour.
The latest on our desk has it that Mr. Owomugisha Paddy, who has been a candidate in the race for the Rujumbura Constituency MP seat 2026, has stepped down in favour of Hon. Jim Muhwezi and also agreed to work with him. He was today officially received by Hon. Jim Muhwezi at his office.
“We are happy to have Mr. Owomugisha Paddy as part of us. Better Together,” Hon. Jim Muhwezi said.
The news comes after Mr. Kwesiga Rodgers who was also a candidate for Rujumbura Constituency joined Hon. Jim Muhwezi’s team. Hon. Jim Muhwezi who is the official NRM Flag Bearer for Rujumbura Constituency has welcomed the pair and said it is better to work together than rivaling each other.
He is currently on the ground mobilizing for support and that of NRM Presidential candidate H.E Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
