Mawogola West MP seat hopeful Mr. Katerega Uthuman Mwanadamu has called for free and fair elections in the upcoming NRM primaries due in 6 days.
Addressing the press yesterday, Mr. Katerega revealed that one of his opponents accessed his CV and endorsement forms from the NRM Electoral Commission and has since been circulating his private details online. He also added that even contacts of those who signed to support his candidature were harvested and misused.
He urged the NRM party leadership and all security agencies to guarantee a free, fair, and peaceful election process in Mawogola West.
He also condemned the intimidation of his supporters by his opponents describing it as a cowardice act.
Hon. Katerega is battling for Mawogola West MP seat ahead of 2026 General Elections with his campaign slogan dubbed #TheMwanadamuAgenda.
