BLACK to Launch New Tech Retail Store at Acacia Mall This Saturday

Uganda’s first Direct-to-Consumer audio and wearables brand, BLACK, is set to open a new outlet at Acacia Mall this Saturday, offering a hands-on tech retail experience like no other.

Known for blending cutting-edge technology with bold design, BLACK has quickly established itself as a go-to lifestyle brand for modern Ugandan consumers. Its product range includes smartwatches, earbuds, headphones, Bluetooth speakers, chargers, power banks, and fast-charging cables—all backed by a one-year warranty.

A Fresh Retail Experience

The new store, located on the first floor of Acacia Mall—opposite LC Waikiki and Optica—will officially open its doors at 10:00 AM. The outlet promises a vibrant and engaging shopping experience tailored to tech-savvy Ugandans.

“This launch is more than just a store opening—it’s a statement,” said Mourice Aliganyira, Head of Marketing and Brand at BLACK. “At Acacia Mall, we’re creating more than just a retail space; we’re building a community where Uganda’s vibrant youth can interact with technology.”

Visitors will be able to test and explore BLACK’s most popular products in an interactive environment. These include the BLACK BassBuds, offering up to 30 hours of playback, and feature-rich smartwatches that monitor health, track sleep, and provide call and app notifications.

Also on display will be powerful Bluetooth speakers known for their rich sound quality and durable charging accessories designed to withstand everyday use.
