In a bid to improve water supply reliability in Kampala Metropolitan service area, National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) has embarked on works to upgrade the Kanyanya booster station.
The project will improve the capacity and efficiency of the booster.
The booster, currently operating with 2 pumps, shall have its inlets upgraded to DN300 capacity.
Upon completion, the project will boost water supply to Mpererwe, Kawempe -Tula, Namere, Kanyanya Hill, Kumukaaga, and the surrounding areas.
