National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) on Saturday joined Green Hill Academy school water and sanitation club for a community sensitization and cleaning exercise in Central Zone Wabigalo Parish-Kibuli.
“Children are often victims of waterborne diseases and poor sanitation. Inculcating safe water use, sanitation and hygiene promotion will guarantee us a brighter citizenship in Uganda,”NWSC.
NWSC has of recent been involved in hygiene and sanitation drive as a way of promoting clean and safe water environment. As part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the water body is partnering with several schools across the country to promote clean environment.
