The late Hon Ssegirinya Muhammad’s best friend Alex Lusswa is ready to replace him in parliament for Kawempe North seat.
He said that he is the right fit because he knows what the late Hon was planning and also was with him in the campaigns knows what the people of Kawempe North are in need of.
The seat is already competitive with National Unity Platform (NUP) already with some candidates. Alex said that he doesn’t need to be given a card he will still stand as he is the wanted leader in the eyes of people.
Lusswa said that Hon Ssegirinya didn’t want his people to suffer and he is also not going to allow them to keep suffering.
“The people of Kawempe North know that I will do even more than when I was with Ssegirinya because we have been deeply rooted in the community. We cannot allow our people to continue suffering,”
It should be noted that Hon Ssegirinya had started working for his people but later struggled with imprisonment and sickness after he was released which resulted into his demise.
