Ms. Fancy Nirere has been dully cleared by Tanga Odoi, chairman NRM Electoral Commission to contest for Kisoro District Woman MP in the forthcoming party primaries ahead of the 2024-2026 by-elections.
“The aspirant satisfied the EC with the requirements needed. The NRM has verified everything, it is all in order and I .. do hereby declare Ms. Fancy Brenda Nirere having fulfilled the nomination requirements.. as a candidate. Congratulations and go win,” Odoi said.
Speaking to reporters after her nominations, Ms Nirere said this is the time to have meaningful youth-led representation in Kisoro. I encourage all Bafumbira to have a high turn up so that our aspirations become a reality.
“I’m honoured to accept the mantle of leadership which the people of Kisoro will be bestowing on me,” She added.
