Ms Rita Namuwenge commonly known as Mama Emyooga, the National Coordinator for the Emyooga program and a PDM consultant in Eastern Uganda is set to contest for Mbale City Woman MP seat come 2026.
Her team is already on the ground mobilizing for support ahead of the hot race.
She called on all her supporters and people who want development to join her team and give her mandate to serve them from 2026 and beyond.
Rita wants to see effective service delivery and transparent leadership in the city.
