Yesterday all roads led to Indian Association Grounds Lugogo for the 10th edition of Bakiga Nation and it was massive.
The social event which unites all Bakiga from across the country and mostly those in Kampala and their well-wishers enjoyed a stunning do yesterday.
Hosted under the theme ‘Rukundo Egumeho’ which means Keeping Love among each other, the event saw a good number of revellers at the venue despite the afternoon rains.
Partiers enjoyed different traditional kiga games, kiga drinks like enturire and bushera as well as reuniting with their lost friends. The event was mainly sponsored by Pilsner Lager.
Western Uganda top artist Ray G was among the entertainers of the day and he put a spirited performance.
There were also traditional kiga dances which brought excitement among the revellers.
The Bakiga Nation has surely become a must attend event on social calendar. Watch out for the 11th edition if you missed this.
