2026 Updates: Kira Municipality MP hopeful Jimmy Lukwago shares Sunday service prayers with voters

Kira Municipality Member of Parliament (MP) hopeful, Mr. Jimmy Lukwago aka Kira Young has today shared prayers with voters at St. Thomas Church of Uganda Kira.

Jimmy who subscribes to the National Unity Platform (NUP) is set to tussle it out with Hon. Ssemujju Nganda in 2026 Parliamentary elections in Kira Municipality.

Jimmy was seen humbling himself before God as he greeted some of the elder Christians at the church.

Lukwago and his team are on ground mobilizing for support ahead of the battle for the 12th Parliament.

He has of recent been instrumental in supporting institutions in Kira Municipality. He has built schools, churches, mosques and much more.
