Singer Eddy Kenzo real name Edrisah Musuuza is set for another big year ahead. Latest on our desk has it that the ‘Sitya Loss’ singer has been selected to perform at one of the biggest global music, film and media events – the South By South West (SXSW) Festival 2016 on 18th March- for the second consecutive year.
And this year, the ‘Stamina’ hit maker will perform in front of U.S. President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle at the Friday 18th March festival.

State House Uganda has congratulated the singer saying, “Eddy Kenzo has come a long way after losing his mother at the tender age of four and living on the streets for at least thirteen years. He has shown that determination and focus go a long way. He is a good example of the Ugandan Dream. Congratulations Mr. Musuuza for putting Ugandan Music on the global map and for inspiring many young Ugandans”.
