Earlier today the UCC said it blocked social media and mobile money services after the Electoral Commission asked the communications regulatory body to do so.

Meanwhile according to EC, all polling stations that have not yet received material will be open tomorrow, to give voters a chance to vote. The commission will give information about the specific place later. All polling stations in Kampala and Wakiso district shall close at 7pm. This decision is taken by the EC in line with the Electoral Act.
