URA’s Kateshumba, Ambassador Kabonero in joint visits

On Wednesday, the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) Commissioner Customs, Mr. Kateshumbwa Dicksons, the Ambassador of Uganda to Rwanda Mr. Kabonero Richard and the High Commission team of Kigali concluded joint border visits at Rwanda/Ugandan borders.

Mirama hills, a One Stop Border Post with Rwanda is operating fully to facilitate cross border trade and movement of people.

The visit also covered Cyanika and Katuna borders. Joint meetings were held with all border agencies that work together to further improve people movement and trade facilitation between the two East African countries.
