The Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) Commissioner General, Doris Akol,  spent the better part of Saturday with the young ladies of Nabisunsa Girls  School in Kyambogo-Banda.
She has graced the school’s annual inter-house speech competition.
A speech queen was crowned and while at it, the CG armed the young ladies with nuggets of wisdom (vital tools) for the future.
An old girl of the school , the CG was in the company of other Nabisunsa Girls old girls who are now plying their trade with Uganda Revenue Authority.
Doris Akol has spoken to the girls about the essence of confidence and belief in oneself as strong motivators on the path to success. She has urged them to surround themselves with positive energy and to demand more from themselves noting that there is no growth in the comfort zone.
The CG wrapped up the engagement by advising the girls to embrace their talents and use them to create global impact in their various spheres of influence.
While the speech queen won the shield, top participants also won some accolades from the CG.
