Tycoon Sudhir takes over Kingdom Kampala, to set up luxurious structure

Property mogul Suhdir Ruparelia under his Ruparelia Group has taken over the former Kampala Shimoni Primary and Teachers school now Kingdom Kampala.

The Crane Management announced yesterday that they are set to develop the plot with the biggest project in East Africa. The current structure at the place has already been demolished to pave way for the new re-development.

The tycoon will set up a luxurious structure which will have a luxury hotel with conference facilities and events space, office tower, shopping center, entertainment facilities, residential apartments and 2400 parking bays. The project is dubbed the biggest in East Africa.
